They encountered a particularly challenging area that required a significant amount of renovation work to meet their needs. This space was actually just a third of a larger area, and it presented additional hurdles as the existing electrical and data connections ran through it, necessitating those to be prioritized and fixed first.

After addressing these critical issues, they began the process of building walls and steadily moving forward with the overall construction work. The owners sought a tropical yet sophisticated theme that would reflect their fresh new branding, which featured elegant gold, crisp white, and deep blue tones. Completing the look, new furniture with rich wood-like finishes was carefully selected to add a warm and solid touch to the sophisticated and elegant design they envisioned.
